The anointing is a contact point to Heaven. When you receive the anointing you become a contact point to Heaven that can exchange with Heaven at all times. What do you exchange? You exchange suffering for power, and sacrifice for blessings. When you sacrifice or suffer you become weak in the flesh and soul so the power of God may replace your weakness, hence the scripture "My power is made perfect in weakness". An anointed believer is someone who can bring down the blessings and power of Heaven to any location, person or item, even business or organization that the Holy Spirit wills for that person to bring them to. This means if someone needs healing an anointing believer should be able to transfer healing to that person, if someone needs deliverance an anointed person should be able to transfer the power to deliver that person, and if someone needs blessing than that anointed believer should be able to carry the blessings from Heaven to earth for that person in need. Those who are just will live by faith.
