I am so passionate about women moving well NOT more. About exercising to nourish their mind and body, within the time and energy they have and to consider their heart health, bone health, pelvic health, cognitive health and hormonal and health.
I am also the author of the wellbeing guide, Reignite, a book written to encourage and motivate women everywhere to take back control of their health, hormones and complete wellbeing, and to provide simple, stackable and sustainable lifestyle strategies for them to make it happen.
