Happy Saturday guys!
I hope you're all well. This quote speaks strongly for itself about sin and holiness. Sometimes sin can be appealing and we might even think we can "handle" it without even sinning. But ultimately it sucks us into more sin and we feel guilt and shame. Holiness on the other hand, while it may not always seem popular, feels great when we stick with it and we don't give into sin or temptation. Let's strive to live for Jesus, living holy and Godly lives and resisting sin, evil, wickedness and asking God to help us when we are tempted.
God bless you all :-)

Happy Saturday everyone!
I was pondering on the subject of forgiveness. Sometimes when we've been truly hurt, betrayed or let down, forgiving the perpetrator can be the last thing on our mind. However, forgiving others is crucial to finding peace and moving on with our lives. If we continue to hold grudges or not accept apologies, it makes situations more bitter and difficult. Consider Jesus: when He was on the cross and was mocked and rejected, He said: "Forgive them Father, they don't know what they're doing".
Finally, forgiving and forgetting doesn't necessarily mean you lose all memory of the event, it just means you don't reflect on it or look back on it. Let's learn to forgive, move on and be in peace with others as best as we can. Non revenge can be one of the strongest forms of forgiveness.
God bless you all :-)

Happy Saturday guys!
I hope you've all having a great week. Today's verse from Hebrews 12:2 is a vital and also encouraging message for us. We should have Jesus at the centre of our lives and giving Him the number 1 spot. Moreover, if we are suffering any sort of hardship, no matter how big or how small it is, Jesus understands and is with us. He Himself endured hardship during His ministry through rejection and being crucified. But ultimately, He rose from the grave and is alive forever and He is there for us and helps us during our difficult moments. The troubles we have on earth are only temporary, but we have Eternal Life at the end of it all. Let's look to the Lord, hold on to Him and keep on going to the end.
God bless you guys :-)

Happy Saturday everyone!
I hope you're all well and had a great week. This verse from Ezekiel 11:19 (& also in 36:26) is something everyone needs from the Lord. We have all fallen short, sinned and disobeyed God so we need forgiveness and and a new start. When we turn to Jesus and ask Him to forgive us and make Him our Lord and Saviour, Ezekiel 11:19 gives us a bit of a picture of the sort of change we receive. We are born again and the Lord helps transform our hearts and give Him the number one spot in our lives.
If you have yet to receive Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, what is stopping you? Tomorrow isn't promised. Cry out to Jesus and ask Him to break the heart of stone and give you a new spirit within and a new heart (of flesh). He saves us from our sins and from Hell.
God bless :-)

Happy Saturday everyone!
I hope you're all doing well. This verse from 2 Timothy 3:12 is one every Christian needs to consider. When we choose to stand for Jesus, we will suffer some form of persecution or hurt. In some countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc, people might mock or ridicule our faith, perhaps call us names, or maybe we'll experience strain or loss in our friendships and/or family.
But in other countries (especially countries in Africa and Asia), we learn about Christians who suffer persecution on a totally different level. They get rejected, discriminated, bullied, displaced, beaten, tortured, thrown in prison, and in some cases, they're killed for their faith in Jesus. It's pivotal we pray for our brothers and sisters around the world, to support them and look to Jesus for strength.
God bless you all.

Happy Sunday everyone!
I hope you've all had a great weekend. This verse from 2 Thessalonians 3:5 is a reminder we all need God's love rooted in our lives. By being led into God's love, it gives us strength, comfort, encouragement and help for each day to love Him and others. We also know that Jesus is so patient with us, so we can be encouraged by His patience and strive to be like Him too :-)
God bless you all!

Happy Saturday guys!
So I came across this post and felt compelled to share it with you. Have you ever been falsely accused of something you didn't do? Have you ever been treated badly even when you've done nothing wrong? If you have - and I'm sure we all have at some point in our lives - then look to Jesus. He sees everything, He's right there to look after you and comfort you, and Jesus knows and understands how it feels to be falsely accused and mistreated, because He Himself went through it. Give all your hurt, anger, pain, suffering, sadness etc to Him because He cares about you (Psalm 55:22, 1 Peter 5:7). He'll always be there for you.
God bless you all!
