I am your average 9 to 5-er who lives in NYC and spends most of her time at work dreaming of being a full-time nomad. After studying abroad in Shanghai and catching the travel bug there, I became super duper passionate about traveling. California has always been home, but I moved to NYC in April 2021 to experience all that this magical city has to offer. Food is also my weakness and always my #1 priority when traveling. While I am not a minimalist, I believe that travel does not have to be lux and lavish - instead, it can be a way to connect with other cultures and discover how humankind can be filled with empathy and meaning. It also makes you realize that you may want more than you think you need in life.
