As the founder of the Slow Postpartum movement, it is my life’s work to enlighten and inspire both the mothers that I work with, my community and the wider world, as to the importance and significance of this special time. A time that is acknowledged and revered in almost every traditional culture. I feel that it is imperative that we care for, support, nourish and love our new mamas, giving them the time and space to learn to be the best mothers they can be, removed from stress and exhaustion. In this way, we can positively impact families, communities and the world.
