Hey there,
my name is Theo, I'm an international known movement and mindfulness teacher.
I hold a 500h yoga teacher certification and have been teaching at a variety of hotels, resorts and studios.
My purpose is to help as many people as possible to feel better in their bodies and raise the quality of their life.
I'm hosting retreats in Europe during summers.
I helped hundreds of people to learn how to handstand.
I teach online (1 on 1 classes for a select few people and I got community offers for the broad mass).
