Do you want to eat better and cook your own meals, but just don't have the time? This is how I make up quick meals for the family after a whole day of work. Meals are no more than an hour, from start to finish. Most are within 30 minutes. I cook with what's available at home, so it really is cooking on the fly!
Yes, I have cooked professionally before, and have a BS and MS in Nutrition and Food Science, but I promise the dishes are all simple for everyone! Random simple thoughts and reflections on cooking steps, nutrition and food science/culinology will be offered as it comes to me!
