Jane here—In my adult years, I’ve really become quite the crier. Happy, sad, too tired… most of the time, it’s just a few glistening tears, but I’m no stranger to an enthusiastic waterfall, powerful enough to sweep even the most reluctant cliff jumper off their feet.
When I learned that crying is our body’s fastest way to release pent-up hormones, the tears flowed with even more ease. A kind of medicine at my fingertips… or, well, eyeballs. But sometimes, it’s the time to cry, and sometimes, it’s the time to soldier on. This is one of those times—albeit with a few tears along the way.
Cry Baby is the single off of our EP, coming out THIS FRIDAY. So happy I could… cry!

Brian here…If I could give myself advice, I’d tell that lil’ guy to cry it out, but not to sit in those tears. Spending too much time with tears in your eyes only makes it harder to see the good in the world and the work we have left to make things better.
We clearly have a lot of work left as individuals and as a society. Now is not the time to give in. Our song “Cry Baby” is about that and features Lando Chill & Blimes - out 1/31.
