Hey! I hope you guys enjoyed the latest video, and it's in this post in case you missed it. I also wanted to make a quick update and ask a question.
The channels been doing well recently, with the Revengeance video passing a million views and the Ahtal-Ka one approaching 700K - I never in a million years imagined receiving such positive reception on anything I put up, so I'd like to thank you all so much for that.
Sunbreak releases in less than a month, and I think there might be time for one more video before it. I've got two ideas in the works - one on Monster Hunter's Xeno'Jiva, and another on Outer Wilds. I'm trying to understand what type of content you guys are really looking for, so I wanted to ask: which of these sounds more interesting to you? Or is there something else entirely you'd like me to cover?

This is the first time I've used a community post, so first of all hello and thank you for (presumably) checking out one of my videos!
This week I released a video looking into the design of Monster Hunter's Lagiacrus, and felt like with that and the new year it was a good time to give a small update/insight into the channel.
I really enjoyed making that video, and felt as though I learned a lot throughout the process. It let me combine some of my interests in history, culture, science, art, and game design in a (hopefully) coherent and (again, hopefully) entertaining way. It's for that reason that the next few videos to be released are going to be in a similar vein, i.e. they'll be deep dives into aspects of the Monster Hunter games.
I know a lot of people are currently finding my content via the Metal Gear Rising video, which has been a welcome surprise. It's been really nice to see such a positive reception for that, and I'm really grateful for it, so thank you if that's why you're seeing this now!
I'm aware that me saying the channel is going to temporarily focus on a specific niche might not be what you're interested in, and that's completely understandable. I just feel that by focusing on Monster Hunter for the moment, I'll be able to improve my content creation skills better and put out more consistently high-quality videos (or passably decent videos at the very least). That's the goal for this year: I want to improve my skills so that every video is better than the last.
I still want to cover other topics at some point in the future, but I wanted to get this out there so that those who want to follow the channel will know what to expect. I never expected to break 100 subscribers, let alone 4000, and for that I want to again express just how thankful I am to each and every one of you.
Some videos that are under construction right now cover the following monsters: Gobul, Ceadeus, Ahtal-Ka, and Nerscylla. If you have any suggestions for things you'd like to see, please let me know below!
