We covered alot in the reading but at the end of the Live, I read the 4 different types of ego which in this article is referred to "spiritual inflammation" or an "allergic reaction".
Read it when you can and let me know your thoughts, I found it so enlightening and it helped me to understand my own and other people's ego's and people react to triggers.
