4 THOUSAND subscribers to my channel.
I want to thank ALL of you who have subscribed, and a heart felt thanks to those who shared my channel to others.
I started YouTube a long time ago. And many channels that have been around that long have WAY more subscribers than me. I know my channel is specific to the nature of it's recipes, and that limits me, but I am ok with that.
When I first started, my goal was to reach the WORLD to show them my heritage's recipes. At the time, there was nothing out there showing Macedonian and Maltese recipes. Now there are many. And they are successful. But they are in the native tongue to the country, so not everyone can understand them. I want to reach people in India, China, Sweden, Italy, Brazil and more. And I have.
It's an ongoing process, and I strive to be better, and show you more. As there is lots more to share!

6 years ago I posted this extremely popular Maltese dish. Froga, or fried spaghetti was a favourite of mine as a kid and is still a go to easy recipe when I want something yummy with little effort. This is truly comfort food you will love.

I can't believe it's been 5 years since I uploaded this video. I love capers! And I do this often. I have never bought them since I learned this method! It's a 5 year old video, but it is a good recipe, and stands the test of time. I also tell you how to make pickled capers even if you live in a climate that does not grow them. This also reminds me - I better make some more as my supply is running short! Happy viewing guys!

3 years ago I posted this video, and it is one of my favourite dishes. Meat patties in between eggplant with an amazing sauce. Great thing is - it is both Macedonian and Maltese! Have a look if you missed it.

It's been a year ago that I uploaded this video. It marks a year when Mum was here last. She made this recipe with me, and it is one of my favourites! Can't wait to see her again this August! We will be going to Macedonia together! YAY!
