kelay ki sabji Recipe:-
1. 1/2 kg kacche kelay
2 . 2 Onion
3. 4-5 kaliyan lahsun
4. 3-4 hari mirch
5. one spoon haldi powder
6. one spoon sapoot jeeta
7. one spoon dhaniya powder
8. half spoon garam masala
9. namak swad anusaar
10. talne ke liye oil
pahle keley ko doh ker uske chilke utar ley. iske baad usko slice ki tarah cut ker ley pan main thor sa oil daal ker fry ker ke nikal ley. phir onion, lahsun ko mixture mein pees ley. pan main oil daley usmein saare sukhe masaley daley bhune aur peesa hua masale daal de usko acche se pakayen phir usmain kelay ko daley aur photo paani daley aur acche se 3-4 min pakayen garma garam chawal ya chapati se khayen
