Another attempt at remastering the footage - both as an attempt to learn Da Vinci Resolve, and as me trying to get this right for preservation purposes.

Thanks to the efforts of EquusStorm and Dana Barker, we have all the footage of the PM storm now. I have combined the footage and am rendering a supercut.
That said, I want to make something clear - a copyrighted news jingle plays at one part. Despite my attempt to mute it without cutting into the footage, it still gets recognized by YouTube's content ID system. I'm not monetizing this video for obvious reasons, but if ads appear it's because of that. I don't monetize any of this content, because I feel it's unethical to do so, for many reasons.
I'm going to upload it later tonight, and hopefully my new rig can process it faster. For being an SD video, it's a huge file.
I'm not a praying person, but I do think alot about the outbreak that happened in 2011 quite a bit, not gonna lie. And I always end up praying that nothing like that ever, ever happens again.
I want to thank James Spann, Jason Simpson and the other ABC 33/40 people that day for their excellent coverage. I want to also thank EquusStorm for discussing with me the lost footage, and Dana Barker for uploading it on this day.
Never forget what happened that day, and remember - Respect The Polygon.

I found additional footage of the coverage of the tornado outbreak for ABC 33/40 - an additional hour and a half was on John Brown's Youtube Channel. Except yet another supercut upload.
I have pretty much narrowed down the missing coverage:
Approximately 8:30 to 9:30 is missing, give or take, in viewable quality, and only 10 minutes of that exists as a really rough clip I found on EquusStorm's YT channel. Give or take a margin of error, that makes approximately 1-1 1/2 hours of coverage is missing now. I cannot find these anywhere else from any source.
I will be uploading the supercut here in a bit. I do ask if anyone has the footage to contact me at sanya.waffles at gmail dot com. Make the subject line "Lost abc 33/40 footage".
By the way, the anniversary of the outbreak recently passed.

I have remastered the AM Super Outbreak footage to fix a nasty mastering error. That is uploading right now.
Soon I will be uploading a remaster of the PM Super Outbreak footage, which includes (albiet in really poor quality) a found clip discussing the Phil Campbell-Hackleburg Tornado with James Spann. Thanks to EquusStorm for retaining that clip.
However, the rest of the footage as far as I can tell is lost. EquusStorm said someone had indeed uploaded the footage he had, but took it down when the official ones hit - not realizing there was a massive gap in the footage.
I tried reaching out to James Spann himself to see, but I'm sure he's a busy man and my messages got lost. I feel a day as important as this, footage can help us understand it better for generations to come.
If anyone has any footage related to that day aired either in the morning or afternoon on ABC 33/40 let me know. I'm also interested in any of the coverage for Huntsville. I've only found rough supercuts of it.
Also if you didn't notice, I uploaded a higher quality version of the David Copperfield Christmas special a while back.
Once these videos upload btw I'm hiding the originals to avoid confusion, however I will not be deleting them - just marking them to private is all.
