Today, Secretary of State Blinken said 100% of the population of Gaza is at severe levels of acute food insecurity during a press conference. The death toll in Gaza has surpassed 30,000 people, the majority of which are women and children. This is far beyond anything imaginably acceptable, especially when Israel is blocking aid from entering the area. The actions from Hamas on Oct. 7th were inexcusable and horrifying. They do not, however, justify how Israel has responded. This is at worst genocide and at best collective punishment, which is still a war crime. There must be, at the very least, a permanent ceasefire and the release of all hostages.
Those of you in the discord know that I've supported the people of Palestine and have called for a ceasefire for some time now, but it is worth letting my broader audience know where I stand on this issue, as many are making their position known. If you're looking for more information and perspective, youtuber Shaun has put together an incredibly informative video on Palestine that I advise anyone to check out. If there is going to be any solution, there first must be peace, and there is no peace without a ceasefire.

Hey! I don't normally post stuff like this, but my club is organizing a Toys For Tots motorcycle ride! I'm inviting all motorcycle riders to join me in Woodstock Georgia to bring a toy and come hang out with me and my club for the day! Told myself that if I ever hit 10k subs, I would pull the trigger on getting my logo I created many years ago tattooed on my back.
Hit 10k, made the appointment, and today (and over the next couple weeks), I'm getting my work done. The whole outline will be done today, and shading will take place over the next couple of weeks, along with some other tattoo projects I've wanted for some time.
I promised to dedicate my body to the Gods, and this is the first step in that direction.
