Hey Guys!
Retro Badger Here.
Here is the background Lore to Greystar and Hexagonal Nexul's awesome new ship pack:
Earth Federation: Blue EF Dreadnought 2520: So the Blue EF dreadnought is the Earth Federation standard battleship that acts much like a light ship from star trek (like an intrepid) and were most likely developed in the late 2390s-early 2400s. They arent great shield wise or defensive wise, but they are easy to produce and usually travel in fleets in large numbers. They have a large compliment of missiles which are most likely created inside the ship via a metallic ion material molder (which is similar to replicators from star trek but they work a little slower). The ships have light but advanced Wave Motion shielding, capable of taking a few hits before going down. They have an unknown type of armor system, but it usually takes 1-3 hits to take down the armor, which is strong considering the weapon types used are Wave Motion (by the Earth Federation) and Monopole (By the Salene Federation). They also have a very potent auto regeneration system which is used to repair damage to hulls, armor and weapons over time. These EF ships have several varieties of different Wave Motion shock cannons. that operate at different power levels depending on the size of the turret. All of these are tied into a secondary Wave Motion core (one is used for shields and impulse, the secondary for weapons) which allows for a much greater yield to the weapons. There are also partial Wave Motion pulse lasers for point defense on the side of the ships which have far less yield than the shock cannons. The main weapon of these dreadnoughts is a highly focused beam of wave motion energy that can also disperse into a weblike pattern in order to damage or destroy multiple targets simultaneously (it cannot do this in game). This was known as a Dispersion Wave Motion Gun and is extremely powerful.
Grey EF Dreadnought: Very similarly to the Blue EF Dreadnought, the Grey EF dreadnought is one built to be mass produced with minimal effort. This one however has a different classification and while we hardly ever see a grey dreadnought in the series itself. The potential logical answer for this is that these ships are some kind of specialty ships, whether being fleet leaders or some kind of special ops ships, similar to how there are different versions of the Salene battleship (that have not been made in bc yet). They have the same weapons and defenses as stated above Blue Noah EF Flagship:
The Blue Noah is the Flagship and the face of the Earth Federation. Its long and sleek design giving a sense of elegant beauty. The Blue Noah has been in service for over 300 years as of the storyline of 2520, with it being launched sometime in 2215-2220. It is designed to be the pinnacle of Earth Federation technology and is refit to have all the latest developments the the EF has put out. Being a flagship, it was also exponentially more powerful, fitted with entirely Heavy Wave Motion shock cannons, a much more powerful Dispersion Wave Motion Gun on the front and two seeker Wave Motion Guns on the sides where the nameplates are, able to seek and destroy the target at will. It was also equipped with many heavy missiles that were able to blow enemies out of the sky. The Blue Noah is not the only Flagship of the EF, there are others such as the "Blue Earth" which was created in 2220 as a temporary replacement for the Blue Noah when it was mostly destroyed after the surprise attack of the S.U.S Empire on the Earth Federation. I am unsure if the Blue Earth survived the hundred years war and into the present day of 2520 however. The Blue Noah is also fitted with the crown jewel of technology for the time; The Dimensional Submergence cloak. The Dimensional Submergence Cloak allows a ship to exist inside a hidden boundary that is an alterplane to our space that allows the scanning of out of it, but not the scanning into it, allowing it to fire its missile through the dimensional boundary without being detected.
* Salene Federation: Salene Battleship: The Salene Battleship was the Salene Federations version of the EF Dreadnought. Designed to be massed produced and expendable, these battleships come in a few varieties that we see in the series. There is the green variation, which is the weapons specialist ship specially armed with deployable heavy anti planetary surface missiles and are also used to test the development of new weapon types. There are the pink battleships which are from the 2400s and were later refit into the black variation that we have in BC now, however, the pink color scheme is still used on more specialty ships designed to be more obscure but also still combat related. There is also a specialty black light patrol battleship see in Volume 2 of 2520. Being expendable ships, they have lighter shielding than some of the more specialty ships, however the particle they use (Monopole) is extremely powerful and provides enough for extremely powerful weapons and shields on such a small ship. Such a large amount of energy coming from the core allows for the ship to have many Monopole burst turrets of variable powers similar to the EF dreadnoughts as well as TWO Monopole guns which are similar to Wave Motion Guns, but using monopole instead. It also had two Monopole torpedo launchers at the front which upon impact could generate temporary singularities by the imbalance of dimensional spacetime inside the effect radius, so they were rather powerful. Salene Dreadnought(My concept):
The Salene Dreadnought was created after the 100 years war to be a fleet leader to combat the Earth Federation's own Blue Noah, which had been lucky to survive the entire hundred years war, but has also been kicking the Salene across space. So they figured, now that they had the resources, they would construct a few vessels to match the firepower, giving it two monopole cannons, many monopole burst turrets and several monopole torpedo launchers. Several were later sent after Yamato 18 during its voyage to the draco galaxy, where they were defeated.

Hey Guys Retro Badger Here,
A lot of people have asked me for the backstory to the 29th Century Temporal Borg Ship.
I couldn't fit it in the video's description so have posted it here:
Greystar's backstory to the 29th Century Temporal Borg:
The year is 2597 and the Borg have begun their final invasion of every corner of the Milky Way. With their forces stretched thin between the Quadrents (via use of advanced Slipstream and Transwarp drives), the entire Milky Way decides to form a temporary alliance to hopefully finally destroy this threat that has been looming over the galaxy for hundreds of centuries. In 2614 after years of war and loss, the Milky Way Alliance finally drove the borg near the point of extinction. The Borg Queen at the time sent out one final message to the collective, 'Go into stasis and remain dormant unless you can gain an upper hand in some way'. This was broadcasted and Borg single pod ships were being launched through transwarp conduits all across the Milky Way. Most were hunted down when the Borg Queen was destroyed, and the Federation though them to finally be extinct, but they were far from gone.\n\nIn the 29th Century, as the Temporal Cold War raged on, several Borg drones in hibernation were resurrected after falling into the derelict of a Federation Timeship. Sensing a potential upper hand in technology that they had not encountered before, a small group of dormant drones awoke from hybernation and began assimilating the new tech. It would not take them very long to get the ship up and running. This was a new race, a race with enhanced strategic capabilities. They no longer brute forced their way into a solution, they took their time to think and come up with the best strategy, and thus no Borg Queen was made in this future incarination of the Borg. They soon began work on the development of long ranged materialatic energy assimilation weapons as part of their master plan, turning ships on their own crew and assimilating itself from the inside out. The Borg slowly began to inch their way back into the power of the universe and the Federation began to crumble under the force of the new Borg. The Borg soon decided that they may find even more technology in the future of the Federation and thus jumped into the 33rd century. When they arrived in the early 33rd century, they found that The Federation had actually regressed and banned temporal technology. This drove the borg to decide to wipe out the Federation entirely and claim the universe as their own, which in turn caused the Federation to call out to different timelines in a last ditch effort to survive. Few answered the call, but one in particular were more than willing to help. It was a mysterious dark version of the Federation who could finally stand up to the new Borg, and with their help, they were able to drive the rest of the borg away, working with Starfleet to track down and destroy any temporal Borg vessels that may have attempted incursions into history. The Temporal Borg Cube was the main weapon of the 'New Borg Empire'. This new Borg had no need for tactical cube variants because of how tough and heavily armed each cube was already.\n\nThe spheres of the New Borg Empire were comprised of a kind of Temporally charged Polydeutonic alloys making up the inner framework of the cube covered in multiple layers of near solid neutronium. The Spheres were used as either scouts, or last ditch effort escape ship. For being so small, the Temporal Spheres were still quite powerful. It has 10 light torpedo tubes and had 17 phaser arrays across its hull and one heavy torpedo tube on the front
