Goals for 2013:
- Complete the Official Bar-Barian Requirments
- Achieve a one arm pull/chin up.
- Freestanding Handstand push-ups
- Obtain a full Planche hold
- Up my pull-up max from 38-40
- Get over 100 push-ups in a row
- Obtain 10 sec Front and Back lever Holds
- Hit 15-20 bar Muscle-ups
- 80kg Pull-up
