A city filled with Raccoons that have rabies the city was nuked in September 11th 2011 the city was called something else but once the incident happened the city was renamed to Raccoon City
it was small but the city was very wealthy with skyscrapers everywhere I think it was
28 square miles
And today I live in a city north of Raccoon City by 49 miles I forgot the name.
