As someone who loves coffee ☕️, I used to drink it all day long without realizing the toll it was taking on my hormones. 😩 I started experiencing negative side effects like mood swings, irritability, and trouble sleeping.
.
.
.
But then I 🧐 found out that women are generally slow metabolizers of caffeine. That's when I decided to limit myself to one cup of organic, fair-trade coffee per day. 🌿
.
.
.
But I didn't want to give up my beloved coffee entirely, so I tried adding some coconut oil 🥥 to my morning cup. Not only did it give my coffee a delicious flavor, but it also helped slow down the absorption of caffeine, reducing the impact on my hormones.
.
.
.
And finally, I made a simple change to my morning routine. Instead of reaching for coffee first thing in the morning, I waited at least an hour after waking up before indulging in my morning cup. ⏰ This gave my hormones time to adjust and kept my cortisol levels in check.
.
.
.
Since making these changes, I've noticed a significant improvement in my hormonal balance. 🙌 I no longer experience those negative side effects and can still enjoy my daily cup of coffee guilt-free.
.
.
.
So if you're like me and love coffee but want to keep your hormones happy, try ⛔limiting your intake, adding some healthy fats, and adjusting your timing. Trust me, your body will thank you for it! 💪
