I might start a new YouTube channel where I try to focus on keeping the content family friendly moving forward.
I do think my videos are pretty enjoyable and can be pretty funny, but I swear like a sailor, and can't help but think it may be affecting this channels visibility. I don't want to forsake the truth of who I was/am in any creative sense, though, so it may be appropriate to make a new channel untainted by the dreaded f word.
Also, down the line it may be better to create content with younger audiences in mind, because as I age, I realise the people I would want to inspire to skate more will be younger and younger, relatively speaking to my own increasing age.
I haven't made this channel yet, but I do think it might be a good way to have two separate sides of the same coin.
I also don't think you need to swear to be funny, I actually don't think swearing is funny, I just have it kind of lodged in my vocabulary and I need to sort it out.
As far as future uploads for this channel, I don't really know if it would make sense to continue here, unless I make random stuff just to keep updating? I feel like this channel encapsulates my 20s, I am 30 now, soon to be 31. Maybe 31 to 40 will be another channel?

Okay okay so the skate videoer in me wants to make more, just skating videos like the "Broughton Astley" hip video. But the videographer in me wants to focus more on the personalities of myself and my friends. So I'm at an impasse here. Obviously the greatest outcome would be some sort of ultimate fusion where we can be ourselves and create a great skateboarding ambience. But for now it would be easier to focus on one to hone in on for the time being.
So I ask you my audience, what would you like the see more focus on. The actual skateboarding or the people doing the skateboarding.

So it's come to my attention there is another channel using the name "rollinwith", down to the spelling mistake etc, and they are a roller skater who is a ton more popular. I don't want anyone to think I'm at all connected to this person as I had no idea of their existence, so once again I am changing the channel name 😩

I might stop/greatly minimize going to skateparks and just focus on my switch Flatground for a while.
The thing that annoys me most though is where I live there is nowhere that is flat, smooth, and not a main road. Literally nowhere. I think it's pretty stupid to have to travel 20+ miles just to find a flat rectangle to skate on.
But the biggest expense by far is constantly travelling just to find somewhere to skate that isn't going to potentially get me killed lmao
So if I could just stop travelling for a while I could potentially set up a better future.
