Formed in 2017, Nawazishein is an indie fusion rock band from India blending Hindi, Braj and regional languages to craft a captivating musical experience. Inspired by artists like Kailasa, their sound draws from Sufi, folk, and contemporary fusion, reflecting the essence of India's rich heritage.
In September 2020, Nawazishein debuted with their single Saajan, praised by Rolling Stone as "playful, story-centric, and emphatic," and ranked #4 in Rukus Avenue's Best of 2023 India list.
As a touring band, they have performed extensively across diverse musical spaces, from intimate gigs to major festivals. We hope you enjoy our music.
