| MAKEUP IS FUN | and there are no rules. I feel like a lame mom saying “the only rule is…NO RULES!” but…I think it’s totally true right?!?!?
| NO RULES | Remember in 2010 when everyone said…if you do smoky eyes keep your lips neutral….ummm…..NO! That sounds like a rule…but mercifully its 2015 now and we all know that is nonsense! Hooray for progress!
