Hey y'all!! If any of y'all are interested in my non-YTP work, I just released an rpg podcast!!
Salvage is an apocalyptic dystopian horror-comedy sci-fi podcast that I've been working super hard on for a super long time. I wrote all of the music for it (with at least one new piece per episode), and I play the charming back-alley mechanic, Olivia "Ollie" Reid! (So this also qualifies as a voice reveal, lmao)

Welp, it happened. [Sad News Alert woop woop]
My most recent video, "[YTP] Stets Hits Up the 7-11", has received a copyright claim from Turner EST on account of it having content from, uh, Steven Universe. As the copyright holders, they have elected to block it in several countries (including the US).
This is not the first time this has happened. My old video "Steven Universe AMV - Cry for Judas" had a similar thing happen to it and is blocked in all countries. I also don't doubt that this won't be the last time this will happen. By the nature of this channel, YouTube, and copyright law in general, I have no standing in any sort of dispute, as much as I wish that were not the case.
So what does this mean for the channel? Honestly, not too much. This makes me no less likely to make content (just like y'all's well-meaning comments asking me if I'm dead make me no more likely to make content), and thankfully outside of these single videos my account has not been affected. In the event that I make more videos, I will upload them, and in the event that they get copyright claimed, I'll let you know.
In the meantime (and the potential future), I'll be uploading blocked videos to my tumblr. Here's where you can find Stets Hits Up the 7-11: stetsuninu.tumblr.com/post/613784082229428224/ytp-… . I don't really use that blog for anything else anymore, so it may well find a second life as an archive.
