I would like to thank everyone who greeted me on my special day last week.
As I have aged another year, I realized a few things. First is, you don't really get everyone to like you and that's okay. Just continue to be yourself, and appreciate the people who have been there for you, rooting for you, since the beginning.
Second, kindness is never a weakness. It is a strength. No matter how cruel, harsh, and judgemental the world can be, always choose to be kind and compassionate.
Last is, you are always loved. There may be times that you feel that you are alone, but there are always people who really care for you. And for that, I am really thankful for my family, and dearest friends.
