I spent years doing cardio and wondering why my body didn’t change. I have done every diet available in some form starting at with Weight Watchers at age 12. The problem was that I didn’t understand how the body works. I listened to all the myths and BS spouted by companies trying to sell something, and I didn’t know how to take realistic steps to make health a lifestyle instead of a crash diet.
Today, I teach health and wellness in a way my clients can understand and incorporate into real life. You may think I found some secret to success.You might call it a transformation. I call it a journey. Who I am today is not the same as I was at 210 lbs. But every day is still a conscious decision to make good choices and not fall back into destructive habits. My goal is still to be better tomorrow than I am today. But out of everything I’ve learned one thing is true for everyone: Change your head and you can change your body.
