š£ New Chapter Ahead š£
Iām beyond excited to finally step into something Iāve been waiting forāmentorship with youth at the juvenile prison. š
These young men are at a crucial turning point, and I know from experience just how easy it is to get caught up in the wrong path. My goal is to show them that real strength comes from choosing a different path and that a better life is possible.
This isnāt just a visit; itās a mission. Itās a chance to reach the next generation before itās too late. šŖš½ #WrongToStrong #SecondChances #YouthMentorship #PathToChange #JuvenileJustice

"Looking at this picture of me at 4 years old, I see a boy who had no idea what life was about to throw his way. He was just a kid, innocent but already walking through shadows. Every struggle, every moment of pain, became a lesson that would shape who I am today.
I teach resilience because I had to learn it to survive. I teach strength because I had to fight for every ounce of it. I teach hope because even in the darkest times, I believed there was more.
From broken to unbreakable, from wrong to strong. Today, I walk not just for myself but for everyone who needs to know that no matter where you start, you can find your way out. Letās keep going. š¶āāļøšŖā #WrongToStrong #FromDarknessToLight #Resilience #WalkTheYardWithMe #NeverGiveUp #StrengthThroughStruggle"

š From Shackles to Strength: A Halloween Graduation Like No Other š
A year ago, I walked into the Department of Corrections, not knowing what the future held for those inside. Now, on Halloween, Iām proud to celebrate the first graduating class of a program built on hope, discipline, and transformation. šš¦
These men and women have lived a lifetime in survival mode. Today, they are different. Today, they hold something much more powerfulāknowledge, tools, and the weapons of a new mindset. Theyāve learned that their past doesnāt define them, and their future is theirs to shape. šŖš§ āØ
Weāre marking this moment with pizza, ice cream pops, and, most importantly, a new sense of identity. What theyāve gained canāt be measured in certificates but in the hope they now carry with them every day. š They are armed, not with fear, but with the strength to be something different, something stronger than they ever imagined. š„
We need your help š. This mission canāt be done alone anymore. We need donations, volunteers, and a community willing to stand up for change. Together, we can create more stories of transformation. šš«
If youāre ready to join us, visit WrongToStrong.com or DM me to learn how you can support. Letās keep hope alive for the next generation of graduates! šā¤ļø

"All Restraints Are Temporary"
A close friend once told me, "All restraints are temporary." That simple phrase hit deep. Whether theyāre physical, mental, or emotional, they donāt define who we are. When I was shackled at my ankles, wrists, and waist, being transported across the country, I felt inhuman at times. But I learned that those restraints donāt last forever. They taught me discipline and control.
We all face moments that make us feel trappedāby circumstances, choices, or even our past. But those shackles are only temporary. What matters is how we grow through the experience. Today, Iām far from perfect, but I push forward with purpose, using what I learned to navigate my path.
Credit to my friend who shared these powerful words with me.
Donāt let temporary restraints keep you from becoming who youāre meant to be.

"What is the foundation of change? Itās the ability to see beyond where you are and envision where you could be. Thatās what Wrong to Strong is aboutātaking individuals from all walks of life, whether in the gym, on the streets, or behind bars, and showing them that they have the power to transform their mind, body, and spirit.
As we expand our Mindset Coaching Program through USP Max, I am reminded that the most important work we do is helping people believe in their own potential.

"Some journeys you don't walk alone. Eric was one of my first team members who believed in the Wrong to Strong movement from the start. He was my brother in sobriety, my mirrorāa white J.C. version. Together, we fought the same demons, pushing each other to stay strong, to rise above the struggles that once held us down. But addiction took him back, and I lost him to that darkness. I love you and miss you, Eric. Not a day goes by that I donāt carry your memory with me. I hope Iām making you proud, brother. This movement, this life, itās for you too."
