The last day of 2024 is here. I hope you all had a wonderful time, and that the year ahead brings even more joy and growth for all of us. It's been almost a year since I started making Hololive clips, and I’ve learned so much along the way. My first video this year was from the Marine-Okayu Marshmallow Q&A from 2023, and I’m ending the year with another MariOka Maro Q&A.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to each of you for taking the time to watch my videos, subscribe, and leave your comments. Your support means more to me than words can express, and I’m truly thankful for every one of you. Though my videos are far from perfect, I’m giving my best, and I’ll continue striving to improve next year. I hope to share more moments with you all in the coming year. As expected my appeal was rejected, and I have to wait for 90 days to re-apply for monetization. Other channels that managed to get re-monetized usually had to wait around a year before they got it back. So, after careful consideration I decided to create a new channel. It's called @jinyaszero I made it to try things out and test what works and what doesn't. If you don't mind, please head over to that channel and subscribe. I'll still upload new videos on the main channel occasionally to keep it active until I can re-apply for monetization. 90 days is quite a long time; let's see what we can achieve during that period. Now I understand why my views dropped significantly in the last week. Based on what I've learned from other channels' experiences, I probably shouldn't bother appealing the decision.
I have to admit my vids are pretty barebones which makes them easy for yt AI to flag. I'll try reapplying for monetization in a few months. I've read that some channels managed to get it back, although I'm not holding my breath. Maybe I'll start adding some annoying cuts or sounds here and there, and hopefully you all would understand.
And if it still doesn't work, well whatever I'll still keep going. There are, have been and will be tons of interesting stories from Holomems out there remain untranslated and I love sharing them with you all. Cheers.
