Cornbread red cabbage slaw with BBQ seasoned pork
This is a good combination.
The slaw and BBQ seasoning were good. The cornbread was ok. The recipe was easy, and the texture was decent, but needed more flavor and moisture. If I do this recipe again I'll use another cornbread recipe that I have.
I might play around with the vinegars in the slaw just for fun, but this slaw recipe was good.
