Hey, does anyone here know an app that lets you combine frames imported from a drawing program - let's say, ibispaint x - and convert them into a video that's at least 12 fps? I've tried so many editing apps, and downloaded so many APKs I'm sure my phone is gonna collapse from a virus any minute now.
Please help if you can, I really wanna draw my frames on a drawing app because pen pressure and shading is so much easier there :'D
