Developing good immunity means better ability of your body to fight off foreign particles, bacteria, toxins, infections, etc. It does not mean you will never fall sick again. But yes, definitely less often and the chances of recovery gets higher. 💯

Calorie Counting has literally become a FAD now in the Weight Loss Industry. The fact is that our body has the ability to signal us how much calorie it needs through a very natural process for which you don't need to count anything. But unfortunately, some people are so obsessed with this whole concept of calorie deficit and are getting so dependent on the outside artificial trackers which may or may not be accurate also, that they are simply destroying their Mind-Body-Food Connection as well as their Hormonal Connection And especially because of constant Stress / Anxiety over counting calories, many people even fear to take up calorie restricted plans for losing weight. I firmly believe that 'no one size fits all' and no one solution can solve everyone's problem. Changes / solution that work for some, may not work for others and vice versa. It is because Everybody is different and Every Body responds differently to different changes. Some people respond quickly while others gradually. The Key is to Listen to your own Body, follow what suits or works for you, just be consistent and trust the process.✌️ 💞
