I have been practicing real estate for over 25 years. I have helped hundreds of students acquire their real estate licenses. In fact, my record is 22 days that's right, four of my students have passed their licensing exam in just 22 days. Teaching is my passion. The reason why I started the KJ Method is because I have seen too many students pass their pre-licensing course, but then cannot pass their state exam. So I have put together a national course to help anyone in any state pass their licensing exam.
