Salem my loves, this channel comes to you straight from a British born Moroccan mum, professional and wife. This channel will provide an array of insights into my everyday life. A bit of this and a bit of that, including baking and cooking. I have learnt to master most Moroccan culinary delights having evolved from making crisp sandwiches in my teens. I am now winging it like most of us are but do know that my family have grown to love their authentic Moroccan dishes as well as the traditional British meals that I vary from day to day. As well as cooking and baking, you'll see how my love of everything spontaneous and exciting makes an appearance in my working week. Saturdays are me days and Sundays are family days, the rest is a blur or cleaning, cooking, working and everything in between. I do however make time for myself, my love of relaxation and the occasional haul will not go unnoticed. Allumaha Barak.
