I downloaded the snapshot last night and created 5 new worlds. It was not hard to find a gigantic cave like the one in the OP's video. At least these giant caves will make mine carts useful for traveling underground! op stretching the view to make it more ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE.

Ishootbabies69. •. the caves are too dim for anyone without a client to navigate, the caves are too open with too much deepslate and barely any resources. the entire map is just one big mountain, and no more flat terrain exists. The areas that were easily to navigate and explore has turned into one big chore.

I get super immersed into it, and also im mostly a builder and like the cosy aspects of the game. I don't like dying and losing my stuff and having to get back to my base. Minecraft caves have gotten too big. I've noticed that Minecraft caves seem to be really big in newer worlds, and maybe I'm just not used to it, but caves used to be a lot smaller with only room for 1-3 monsters to attack you at a time. Exploring this new caves is pretty much a suicide mission as there are at least 6 monsters in every corner
