I got a credit card from SDFCU a couple years ago. There is not a way to set up autopay (for statement balance) from an outside account in the portal. I had to call in to do it. I could set up autopay to pay a fixed amount from an outside account, but not the statement balance. However, a quick phone call to customer service got it set up.
