Usually when i fish on an EWG my baits go up my line and past the eye I only have this problem i i get snagged or rig the hook too low so there is pressure on the eye that will send it down

I switched over to screw lock hooks years ago! Got so tired of losing big bass on an EWG hooks! Got me so pissed off! That's when I switched to a Owner Twist Lock hooks! No more lost fish for the most part!
