Ingredients list
2 slice bread
50 gram paneer
1 Cup fresh Curd
3-5 cucumber slice
3-4 Roasted garlic (optional)
2 Tablespoon chilly flakes
2 Tablespoon Oregano
Half Tablespoon Black Pepper powder
Salt (as per taste)
Method of Preparation
Step 1. Take a bowl add fresh curd, panner, roasted garlic and mix well.
Step 2. Then add oregano, chilly flakes, black pepper powder, salt and mix well and keep aside.
Step 3. Then take bread slice and cut side edges and put previous mixture on top.
Step 4. Then put cucumber slice and cover with second slice of bread .
Now instant healthy sandwich is ready for serve with green chutney & tamarind chutney.
