We hauled 5 jumpers with 3/4 of a battery back to back on the Z2R + Milwaukee M18 Fuel drill. It's a great portable backup to their massive winch. Just like the winch, it only replaces the pulling team, not the rest of the system. Rescue teams also use this behind all their PPE equipment in confined space or just to conserve everyone's energy.

According to manufacturer AWAH Z2 - R shud use additional safety mechanism such as Petzl Asap, shut ...
Since they provide additional gear as a spare part I presume it requires frequent service when damaged.
From this point of view I can't se whole setup so additional safety device might exist somewhere I just can't see it in this video.
