Nah a mother or father who butcher thier own children are worse. Knowing it's someone suppose to protect you that's a whole new evil you never got a lesson in as an innocent child nothing is more sinister and sadistic than their own parents hurting them.

Jeffrey Dahmer is considered the most remorseful killer in history. He didn't kill out of being evil or anything. He wanted the person alive. He wanted them to stay with him forever. I know allot of people will argue the fact but every psychologist I've heard speak about him says the same thing. It's up for debate I guess
