Located on the border of Dolakha and Ramechhap at 3,200meters above sea level, Sailung, or the Land of 100 Hills, is a hidden gem in Nepal that not many people know about.
It’s a beautiful hike with a totally unique landscape. There are in fact scenic views of 108 hillocks and 360 degrees views of the Himalayas (including Langtang, Khumbu, Dhaulagiri and Gaurishankar).
The hike from Kalapani to Sailung is quite arduous but totally worth it.
