But don't give up yet. You can possibly remove the paint. Buy a bottle of liquid wax (any name brand). I recommend Meguiar’s Ultimate Liquid Wax. You can still buff them off before the paint hardens over time. Also, another way is to use clay bars. But I personally think wax will be enough. Try on a small area first and you should see results. The rest is your muscle power, or you can get a powered buffer.

直接開到homedepot, 先看是油性漆還是水性漆，油性漆需要松香水，水性漆只需要熱水。 加油
