If we're not religiously biased, Yog-Sothoth would win with no concept of difficulty. The universe in the bible is actually A LOT smaller than the universe in real life, because of geocentrism, the belief that the Earth is at the center of the universe, and in the bible, it is the biggest thing in the universe, bigger than the Sun and Moon. Every star is so small that you can fit it in the palm of your hands. And it was stated in the bible that stars can even fall in lakes. It was also stated that there were as many stars as there were people on Earth, that is less stars than there are in the Milky Way galaxy (around 100 billion stars in real life). This would make God's creation of the universe around the large planetary ranges of power. Even if you said the Earth, Heaven, and Hell is infinite in size, that would make him Universal+ at best.
Meanwhile we have The Beyond One, The All-in-One, the Supreme Archetype. Embodies the entire setting of H.P. Lovecraft's work. Upscaling every single being. Yog-Sothoth is even the most infignificant becterium or virus, to the most powerful outer gods, which all view the gods of Earth as mere mortals.
Sources stated by THE BIBLE ITSELF:
The Earth is the biggest thing in the Bible's universe (maybe except Heaven and Hell).
Psalm 104 : 5
He set the earth on its foundations, so that it should never be moved.
Psalm 93 : 1
The Lord reigns; he robed in majesty; The Lord is robed; he has put on strength as his belt. Yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved."
Psalm 96 : 10
Say among the nations, "The Lord reigns! Yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved; he will judge the peoples in equity.
1 Chronicles 16 : 30
Tremble before him, all the earth; yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved.
-------
The stars in the Bible's universe are really small.
Revelation 8 : 10
The third angel blew his trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, blazing like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water.
Daniel 8 : 10
It grew great, even to the host of heaven. And some of the host and some of the stars it threw down to the ground and trampled on them.
Revelation 1 : 20
As for mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden lampstands, the seven stars are angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches
-------
There are as many stars in the Bible's universe as there are people, right now there are 8 billion (which is a much bigger number than back then), that's less stars than the Milky Way galaxy (around 100 billion stars). Even if we count every human to ever exist, the estimations land at around 100 billion too, so there's that.
Deuteronomy 1 : 10
The Lord your God has multiplied you, and behold, you are today as numerous as the stars of heaven.
Psalm 147 : 4
He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names.

Yog wins because
1. Leviathan is from a religion. Which causes an “auto-win”. And any argument for the opponent could be disrespectful to the religion.
2. If we are assuming that the Christian panetheon is like Norse myth where we can say it’s a story. While the leviathan can only be killed by god yes, God would only be one small part of yog-sothoth.

I already posted this in my replies, but for more of y'all to see, I'm gonna copy paste my own stuff for you guys.
Here is the literal Bible proving you wrong:

Psalm 104 : 5

Alright, now let's just say that heaven and hell is a seperate thing from the Bible's universe, and both are infinite in size (or beyond infinite as some people in my replies told me even though I couldn't find ANYTHING about being beyond infinity) That's 2 sets of transfinite realms, that would be low multiversal AT BEST. Read the Bible and actually UNDERSTAND what it's saying.

In each mythology, one of them is a very powerful being the Leviathan that can only be killed by thor but the thing is yog is In the mythology of cthulhu Yog is the sheer existence of everything And anything which means that the leviathan in on Earth. But earth would be destroyed by yog because he is everything.
Edit:
This is just upon my Knowledge so please do not send hate.😊
