Hello! Thanks for the video. I tried this. Same phone, same mobile carrier. When I called, the representative first said it couldn't be done and told me I'd need to open a new line (with a new phone number) for the new phone. I insisted that I wanted to keep my old number and deactivate the old phone. He then went on hold on and off for like a half an hour, and then asked my for the IMEI numbers of both the old and the new phone. I provided him with both. Then he kept asking me for my new phone's EID number. The Google Pixel 7 does not have an EID number as far as I can tell, unless it's called something else. Keep in mind this is a brand new Google Pixel 7 phone that did not come with a SIM card or anything like that. It's an unlocked phone. Any advice? Should I just call back and hope to get someone more knowledgable?

This isn't how to transfer an eSIM. This is how to add an eSIM from a carrier.
