hello! I bought these 36V cordless tool batteries on eBay from a Chinese manufacturer; originally intended with the hope to use them on my 36V electric vehicles. However, the carrying case came damaged, and I suspected something was off with the voltages when I read the charger. The 18650 batteries in this pack are in a 5S1P configuration, totaling just about 21V max and 18V nominal with a capacity of 1500mAh. I have only been partially refunded on this item, and though it is still a straight up lie, the batteries do work and so does the drill. It is possible to use both batteries in series to produce 36V as well, but I would need to create some sort of battery mounting clips for each of the two.

If anyone has a 3D printer, I would pay for custom mounting clips to use and wire these batteries up with 😅 otherwise, stay tuned for an update on these weird 18V tool batteries
