First one is wrong if one Bangladesh citizen particularly village near borders goes to the Indian side if caught they will detain u and if nothing comes up they send them back. The only thing the Army doesn't hesitate to shoot are smugglers if they fire first.

Have acquaintances and even distant relatives who have been or are part of BSF (Border Security Force) and other para military units.
There aren't really any blanket 'shoot at sight' orders on the line of control on Bangladesh side.
Also, the Paakistan India border is a VERY long one and often porous in the mountainous terrain in upper reaches of Gilgit or other parts.. so the challenges between India Pak border are pretty unique
