Can you replace my normal wakefit matters into orthopaedic Mattress please I have more back pain daily please understand my situation my family did not support me to change the matters becoz it cost was 12k iam the dessision makker to select wakefit company matters..now I wake morning I have atten more back pain please help me it was new matters I bought around 3 month ago in local shop can you please help me

The quality of matress and the cover produced these days by wakefit is huge downgrade from what it used to produce in 2017-2018. These days they are providing very thin cover but the matress earlier used to have very thick and best quality cover.

Yes wake fit is a very froud compony mene 2months ago mattresss liya tha bt back ache ke wajah se after 4days return request raise kiya jo approve bhi ho gya bt aaj tak koi return pick up nhi hua so many calls msg mails bt no result of after two days ago i will file a complain in consumer forum against wakefit

Honestly speaking this company has a lot of potholes, neither by business and by support. Fraudulent activities are lots.
