i think it's more beautiful as a top. it looka great! if you know someone who sews and want to make the edge look better you can ask them for help. you also can buy something like bias tape or lace to decorate the edge. again, if you want to, it looks nice as it is

The cheap manufacturers don’t cut these style skirts on the right grain line, to save on fabric yield consumption, so that’s why the fit is always crap
