I saw Dr Greger give a presentation on his book "How Not to Age" in Phoenixville, PA last Friday. He is amazingly smart and he turned my life around. Read his books.

I usually eat two types of fruit every day. A clementine and black grapes. Plus any extra bananas. Then I repeat this if hungry.

I have followed Dr. Greger for years and I do appreciate everything he says. However, right after recommending trying a CGM for a couple weeks to see how My blood glucose responds to different foods. I thought it wouldn't be an issue because I tend to almost never eat white sugar. But I do eat some simple carbohydrates and I love fruit. Well every time I would even have a bite of fruit my glucose would go through the roof. How can we explain that?

Unfortunately, skin and other types of cancers don't care what kind of sugar it is. They love it all. For mine to heal, I had to eliminate all high sugar fruits.
