I'm definitely sure if kaido and big mom won they would start taking territories, killing many marines both of them would start hunting devil fruits all around the world,recruit many powerful pirates,big mom would create more special homies made from various elements such as air,magma from wano volcano and kaido would awakened his dragon fruit, blackbeard invading cake island would not happened,both kaido and big mom would start hunting weaker warlords, admiral greenbull would either be killed by big mom and kaido or kidnapped by them,both of them would proceed to follow blackbeard in hachinosu and fight against the blackbeard pirates possibly killing blackbeard, the world government would prepare against this two monsters,koby would fled immediately while blackbeard pirates are distracted from big mom and kaido,they would then go sneak or destroy one of the emperors territories and fight against one of them if they get defeated well they're defeated if they win on the fight i would say they would steal one of the ponyglyphs,they would then proceed to declare war against the world government and the world government would deploy the fleet admirals,hero of the marines they would struggle and critically injured,both of them fled while one of the fleet admirals are dead or just critically injured,both big mom and kaido go back to one of their territories and big mom proceeds to give life to their injuries so it would heal then they would expand their forces before going against more powerful foes in the future.but in the current story I would say they were defeated but not killed,btw that's just my imagination if what would happen if both of them won against luffy and his allies.
