🔖Ingredients
2 Eggs hard Boiled
Leftover chicken shredded 1 cup ( I used leftover tandoori chicken )
Green pepper finely diced 1/4 cup
Mayo 3 -4 tbsp
Milk 2-3 tbsp ( if mixture is too thick then add it )
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce 1.5 tbsp (optional)
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Method
In a bowl add finely chopped or mashed boiled eggs, add shredded chicken, diced green pepper and mayo with salt pepper, sugar and hot sauce, mix well and adjust seasonings.
Take white or brown bread slices and put generous amount of prepared chicken spread and evenly on the slice and cover with other slice, cut from half and enjoy with ketchup.
💡Tip
Prepare this chiken spread and store in fridge for Upto 3 days.
