I do not have a baby might be not my place to suggest this but i have 2 bussniess to run and there is always somthing to do ! You need to work out at least 5 days a week so you go over the painful stages after you first start working out and sour mucles. 3 times a week will not be enough to see any changes! When you workout focus on one thing like legs day , chest day,back day and other ones . If you feel you are in a rush just run that day .Also If you can do it early like 6 am and then you have the whole day for you and the baby . Hope that helps
