Sometimes my body decides to make me feel energetic when I haven’t slept so I continue to not sleep until it’s far too late to sleep, but when that happens I actually feel fine

Naps are the devil when you need to do this. But they are bliss when you are allowed to

I thought I was an insomniac, but it turns out elevated cortisol levels can suppress melatonin, making it harder to fall asleep. I use a noise machine and Dr. Teal’s sleep spray, they help a lot!

*I also take Benadryl occasionally but I spoke with my doctor about this first
